TECC’s Reminder Service – Why We Do This?

Our electrical contractors understand how busy our customers can be. To make things easier for you, we offer a service to remind you of your renewal date approaching on our calendar. 

At TECC Ltd, we keep a clear record of all your details, including the last date we tested, the number of items, and any important notes such as floor plans, every time we visit you. We will send you a reminder email 6 to 8 weeks before your PAT testing is due for renewal based on the last number of items we tested.

You may think 6-8 weeks is too early, but we book up to 3 months in advance, especially for larger jobs, so we encourage you to book as early as possible to secure your preferred date. If you’re not quite ready to book yet, that’s okay too. Just let us know closer to the date and we will make a note to give you a callback, but availability may be limited, so early booking is recommended.

We have had customers who have been with us for over ten years, and they get to know our technicians when they visit every year, sometimes even asking for them by name!
