TECC’s Reminder Service – Why We Do This


We know our customers are busy, so we take extra measures to ensure our time spent with existing customers is fuss-free.

For example, we will be in touch to let you know when your renewal date is approaching.

Our Administrative team maintain all your details, the last date we tested and how many items, and any important notes – such as floor plans. We will also send you a renewal reminder email 6 to 8 weeks before your PAT testing is due based on the last number of items we tested. 

You might think 6 to 8 weeks is too early. Not at all! We book up to 3 months in advance, especially for larger jobs and encourage booking as early as possible to ensure we can secure your requested date

Not quite ready to book yet? That’s fine too.

Let us know a desired date as soon as you can and we will make a note to give you a callback. However, this will mean dates and times are limited.
