Training

We make every effort to ensure that our colleagues feel valued. Our training programs are designed to support and develop your transferable skills and personal strengths as much as your technical knowledge and abilities.

Our training is conducted in-house by our founder and Managing Director, Peter McCallum. Once our trainees are deemed ready to work in the field, they are shadowed by experienced colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills and confidence before working independently.
