Rich from TECC Ltd did a fantastic job installing our bathroom extractor fan. The entire process was seamless, professional, and completed to a very high standard.
Rich arrived promptly, took great care to keep the work area clean, and executed the installation cleanly with minimal mess. He took the time to explain how the unit operates, made sure the ducting and external venting were neatly finished, and ensured all necessary electrical safety checks were thoroughly completed before wrapping up.

    I was really impressed with Henry. He looked so young that I couldn’t resist asking how old he was! Thankfully, he took it in good humour and was more than happy to answer. Despite his youthful appearance, he was incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout.

    Henry kept me fully informed and took the time to explain what other electrical work might be needed in the future. What I particularly appreciated was how reassuring he was. He explained that I didn’t need to worry about spending lots of money all at once and that any further issues could be dealt with as and when needed, without feeling pressured.

    The communication from TECC was excellent too, with phone calls and emails keeping me updated throughout the process.

    Overall, a really good service from start to finish. Henry was great!

    Socket Fault Finding & Repairs

    Every time it rained, my sockets would trip, and despite having other electricians look at the problem, nobody had been able to find the cause.

    Richard from TECC came out and was determined to get to the bottom of it. He found the fault and carried out the necessary work to resolve the issue.

    I was really impressed with Richard. He’s clearly a very experienced electrician, and his persistence made all the difference. The price was reasonable too!

    I would definitely use TECC again and have already been recommending them to my friends and family.
