When you call to request a quote for any electrical work, you will be speaking to one of our Administrators. While our administrators possess good knowledge of most electrical enquiries, they are not electricians themselves.
Therefore, we kindly request you to provide us with as much information as possible to help us give you the most comprehensive quote. We are transparent with our pricing, and the more information we have, the more accurate we can be with your costs.
We appreciate your patience when speaking to our administrators. If there’s a question they cannot answer over the phone, they will consult one of our electricians to ensure that you get the right answer.
