Shutting down your computer is a vital part of the PAT Testing process
Most of the time the disruption is minimal and will only take a few minutes to test.
We always ask if we can turn any appliance off to ensure no one loses any of their work. Most companies are happy for this to happen and our clients don’t mind us turning their computers off for a few minutes. We can also conduct visual checks on the appliances – this includes assessing the plugs to make sure they are in good condition and make sure there are no potential risks with the appliances.
We offer out-of-office hours for these tests if your company is unable to complete these procedures during the working day.
